Marketing Support Executives - German/French speaking

bChannels is looking for Marketing Executives who are fluent in French or German ( as well as English) to professional level to join our Marketing Support team in Oxford. The role will involve calling and building relationships with our clients' new and existing partners in English/French/German speaking countries, driving awareness of our clients' marketing support programs in order to drive additional revenue with our clients.

You will:

• Build relationships with our client's new and existing partners and understand their businesses

• Recruit partners for our clients

• Raise awareness of our clients' marketing support programs/tools/products and benefits

• Provide training and support on how to use these marketing support programs/tools/products

• Essentially drive usage of those tools and increase partners' revenues

• Work to KPis

• Liaise with/provide reporting to our clients' local stakeholders and internal bChannels management

• Provide helpdesk support for partners

Skills needed:

• Fluent to business level in French/German

• Proficiency in English essential

• Some telephone based experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong organisational skills

• Self-motivated

• Flexibility to changing priorities

• Good Excel and Powerpoint skills as there will be reporting duties

• Problem solving skills
