Due to expansion in our Kuala Lumpur office, we are looking for a Marketing Support Executives to work on different projects on behalf of our well known technology clients. You will mainly provide email and telephone based helpdesk support to our clients’ partners regarding deal registration but also will be required to provide outbound marketing support as well. Therefore, we are looking for someone with good Excel skills and attention to detail as well as strong communication skills and some outbound calling experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing helpdesk support via email and phone for our client’s partners in relation to deal registration
Assisting partners in making changes to registered deals, gaining access to partner portals and dealing with technical issues
Generating and updating Excel reports
Monitoring duplicates and making the partners aware
Policing registered deals, ensuring compliance with the program terms and conditions
Training partners on how to use the deal registration program
Building relationships and educating partners regarding marketing facilities and rewards available to them, pro-actively encouraging their use.
Provide support to our clients in data analysis, reporting, and checking product and reseller information on websites.
What Skills & Experience You Need
Strong business English, both written and spoken
Any Sales, Marketing, Customer services and/or Administration experience preferred
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Attention to detail
Ability to manage own time and workload
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Ability to work as part of a team
A positive can-do attitude with a service excellence approach
Problem-solving skills
