What You’ll Be Doing
Have you ever wanted to work for a Fortune 500 technology company but didn’t want to be just a number? Well here’s your chance! As a Client Support Representative here at bChannels, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the marketing departments of large IT companies such as HP, IBM, and Lenovo but with a small company environment. Your day-to-day will be working as part of a team to execute specific projects on behalf of our clients. You will support our client’s business partners by providing web-based support and telephone support to assist the partners with the development and implementation of business marketing tools.
What Skills You Need
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Fluent in English – written and verbal
Great customer service skills
Flexible - ability to work with changing priorities
Attention to detail
Strong telephony skills
A fearless approach in contacting business partners on behalf of our clients
A genuine enthusiasm or passion for IT
A positive “can-do” attitude
