We are currently looking for an Account Manager in our KL office to focus on sales, account management and delivery, primarily in Singapore. This person will focus mainly on driving business from bChannels’ existing clients as well as supporting delivery of projects. The ideal person will have proven experience in the IT channel in delivery, relationship management and sales, and be willing to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and be flexible. Ideally, they will have experience in the Asian/Singapore market and additional languages would be advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing

New Business Development within existing accounts
Client Management
Project delivery
Ensuring alignment with client and internal teams

What Skills & Experience You Need

At least 5 years proven experience in the Asian market doing channel related roles
English at a business level combined with a key Asian language
Evidence of relationship sales combined with project ownership and delivery
Mindset to roll your sleeves up and assist in project delivery when needed
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all management levels
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Ability to work in small team and demonstrate independent thinking
Comfortable with working in unstructured environment with changing priorities
A network of contacts in the IT industry would be advantageous
Ability to travel generally. With specific expectation of regular monthly trips to Singapore
