Often there is a real shortage of human resource inside the organization to provide the necessary answers to complex business questions. Funding, though sometimes complex, is rarely the overarching problem. Typically it’s the ability to make a clear case for the need, and having an interested stakeholder with the time to address the issue. Even when those resources are available, it’s often difficult for organizations to acquire insights that are unswayed by internal agendas and competing interests. All of these make problem solving of complex issues more challenging than they need to be.
bChannels has interest in understanding how technology vendors can more easily overcome these hurdles. Our bias is obvious, we are outside experts in solving channel related business problems. If we can help you to understand how to better approach this problem statement, we can better help ourselves. To that end, bChannels conducted an in-depth interview with Mike Gallagher, the outcomes of which are found in this interview.

Mike Gallagher is a career marketing executive with past leadership positions in both Cisco and HP Enterprise as Senior Director Worldwide Partner Marketing.
