Inside Sales Team Leader/Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Inside Sales Team Leader/Manager to join our international and expanding team in Oxford ASAP. The role will involve managing and motivating our inside sales team and ensuring delivery of client projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and motivate team performance

• Coordinate and provide ongoing soft skills training and development to team members

• Assist the team with their personal development via 1:1s

• Manage client relationships and provide updates on project delivery

• Create and provide regular reporting using SalesForce, Excel and PPT.

• Liaise with internal management to ensure alignment and report on progress

What Skills & Experience You Need

• Experience of driving and motivating a team to maximise their potential and performance (within a sales environment advantageous)

• Strong communication and relationship building skills with client and internal teams

• Excellent client management skills

• Some experience in managing or owning client delivery

• Reporting skills (any SalesForce experience would be advantageous)

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong organisational skills

• Self-motivated

• Flexible

• Problem solving skills
