Junior Data Analysts

Due to expansion in our Kuala Lumpur office, we are always looking for Junior Data Analysts to work on different projects on behalf of our well known technology clients. The role will involve working on a variety of client projects and with different project teams globally, and executing specific data tasks. The tasks will involve providing support to our clients in data analysis, reporting, and checking product and reseller information on websites. Therefore, we are looking for people with fluency in Japanese and English, strong communication skills, outbound calling experience as well as strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Excel reports with client data and being able to showcase relevant information in the form of graphs and charts
Cleaning and matching Excel databases that will be uploaded to client partner tools
Capturing product information from different websites to ensure client products are well represented on partners’ websites
Maintain regular communication with the management team to ensure that only the highest levels of quality and professionalism are communicated by email at all times
Work within a structured team maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance

What Skills & Experience You Need

Advanced level Microsoft Excel (for example pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, charts and graphs, importing data, formatting for reports etc.)
Data cleaning skills
Strong business English, both written and spoken
A passion and enthusiasm for working with data and processes Self-motivated and eager to learn
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage own time and workload
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
A positive can-do attitude with a service excellence approach
Adaptable to change
Problem-solving skills
