Marketing Executive (French Speaking)

Due to expansion in our Oxford office, we are looking for a Marketing Support Executive or Specialist to work on behalf of our well known technology clients. You will provide telephone based Marketing support to our clients’ existing partners in France to help them develop effective Marketing plans, and spend their Marketing funds more wisely.

What You'll Be Doing·

- Build and maintain relationships with our clients’ partners ensuring they are informed, enabled and driving Marketing actions to grow our clients’ revenues

- Educate partners on the MDF (Marketing Development Fund) process eg. Timelines, rules

- Raise awareness of Marketing facilities and materials available to partners, pro-actively encouraging their use.

- Support MDF requests and claims including external agency management and monitor ROI

- Undertake partner briefings/trainings

- Advise partners as to how to run more effective Marketing campaigns

- Feedback to the client on what partners are asking for in order to grow their businesses.

- Act as a remote support person, available to answer any queries or questions from your target group of partners and clients.

What Skills & Experience You Will Need

• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)

• Experience and/or knowledge of Marketing preferred

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong organisational skills

• Self-motivated

• Flexible - ability to work with changing priorities

• Problem solving skills

• A genuine interest, enthusiasm or passion for IT
