Marketing Support Executive

Due to expansion in our Sydney office, we are looking for a Marketing Support Executive to work on different projects on behalf of our well known technology clients. You will mainly provide telephone based marketing support to our clients’ partners in Japan with development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Therefore, we are looking for someone with fluency in Japanese and English, strong communication skills, outbound calling experience as well as strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
What You'll Be Doing
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Review, adapt and approve marketing campaign content
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Upload marketing campaigns into an online marketing tool
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Deal with technical issues relating to a marketing tool might present and be able to find a workaround when possible
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Enrol partners onto the marketing tool
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Promotion of the tool – including the creation of videos, newsletters, key messaging and running events such as webinars and workshops
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Extract reports from the tool when needed to obtain information about campaigns or usage of the tool – on demand
What Skills & Experience You Need
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Strong business Japanese and English, both written and spoken
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Any Sales, Marketing, Customer services and/or Administration experience preferred
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Self-motivated and eager to learn
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Attention to detail
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Ability to manage own time and workload
[if !supportLists]· [endif]Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

[if !supportLists]· [endif]A positive can-do attitude with a service excellence approach
