Due to expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Support Executive who speaks Korean to work on different projects on behalf of our well known technology clients. You will mainly provide telephone based Marketing support to our clients’ partners in Korea with the development and implementation of Marketing campaigns. Therefore, we are ideally looking for someone with some Marketing experience/knowledge as well as strong communication and relationship building skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide telephone based Marketing Support to our clients’ partners in Korea
Assist partners with the development and implementation of Marketing campaigns
Advise on suitable Marketing activities
Assist with MDF claims
Raise awareness of a Marketing tool, and support partners with any related queries
Brief partners about new campaigns and initiatives as they are launched

Skills & Experience Needed

Fluency to business level in Korean
Strong business English, both written and spoken
Any Marketing and/or relationship management experience preferred
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Attention to detail
Ability to manage own time and workload
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Ability to work as part of a team
A positive can-do attitude with a service excellence approach
Problem-solving skills
