What's your background?

I am from China. After I received my Bachelor’s degree in Malaysia I decided to stay and work in the area. I love animals. I have a pet rabbit named Dapigu.

Describe how you came to be in the role you're in now.

I joined bChannels back in 2016 and I started as a Marketing Support Executive. I’ve worked with various projects and I am currently a Senior Marketing Executive.

 

What part of your personality makes you most suited for your job.

In bChannels, everyone is given the same opportunity to work on various projects and roles. I am the type of person who is always hungry for knowledge, enjoys meeting new people, and is able to communicate with people, especially those from around the globe.

What’s your favorite thing about working at bChannels?

What I like most about bChannels is how diversified my colleagues are. This allows me to be able to meet people from every corner of the world. Everyone works well together as a family and I feel that bChannels really cares about its people's development.

 

How would you describe bChannels to someone who is thinking about working here?

I would describe bChannels as a fun and flexible workplace where people can really be who they are and do what they want. It's a place where people are given the opportunity to enhance their creativity, are given the chance to learn and lead, and have fun at the same time!
