What’s your background?
I studied International Business Management at Utah Valley University and received a Business Spanish Certificate from the University of Alcala in Spain. Previous to working at bChannels I was a Project Coordinator, Market Research Supervisor, Sales Manager, and a Business Development Manager. These positions gave me a chance to develop into the person I am today. When I am not in the office I love to be outdoors, doing genealogical research, studying language and culture, and spending time with my family.

Describe how you came to be in the role you’re in now.
I joined bChannels because I wanted to take my skills and experience and apply them to the tech industry. bChannels was a great option because it gave me the chance to work with so many different companies in the industry and in so many regions. My main projects have been in Latin America, the US, and Europe. I have been able to help develop tools, systems, and networks for some of the top tech companies in the world, and that has been very rewarding.
What part of your personality makes you most suited for your job?
The key to the success of any business is developing and maintaining trust between the company and the client or customer. I am able to do this on a personal level by developing relationships of trust with the client and their customers daily.
What’s your favorite thing about working at bChannels?
One of the best things about working at bChannels is the positive culture we have here. There are so many great, intelligent people who work here and everybody is willing to lift you up and help you out. We also work with a lot of incredible industry thought drivers and so it really is a great place to learn and grow.
How would you describe bChannels to someone who is thinking about working here? The leadership here is very encouraging of a healthy work/life balance; that is something that you don’t always find in companies like this. They understand that employees have goals and dreams and are very willing to do everything they can to help you achieve those goals and dreams.
