Describe how you came to be in the role you're in now.

I joined bChannels late 2015 with little experience in the corporate field. During my time here, I progressed, little by little, through mostly Professional Services projects, where I learned skills in data analysis, data management, report generation, and management skills.

 

What part of your personality makes you most suited for your job.

I have a positive mental attitude. When things don’t go according to plan I take them as a learning experience. I do not consider negative experiences a failure; but instead I try to find a different way to go about things next time.

What’s your favorite thing about working at bChannels?

I like the "open door" concept of management. There is no red tape or typical MNC hierarchy, which would make it hard for us to voice out our concerns or suggestions.
