What’s your background?

My name is Vanesse, I am a Malaysian Chinese and the only child in my family. I completed my Psychology degree in London, but I only came across to bChannels when I came back to Malaysia.

 

Describe how you came to be in the role you’re in now.

I started as a Data Analyst and Marketing Support Executive when I joined bChannels 2 years ago. I have been working on different projects with the team members in Sydney, Oxford and Orem. Teamwork and collaboration play a big part for the teams who work in different offices and different time zone. As of today I am a Team Leader in KL office, moving from an execution role to a managing role, leading the team to deliver in excellence.

 

What part of your personality makes you most suited for your job?
